REACH Bursary & Financial Service
This service is one of our ways to help those in our Community who are in financial needs meet some of the more pressing financial obligations.
The assistance may come via both direct and indirect means.
By direct means, we refer to help in the form of "cash or cheque", "daily pocket money", "transport money", and "bursary".
By indirect means, we refer to "in kind" such as food ration, job placement, subsidies for training courses and free or subsidised tuition programme for needy students.
While the Bursary and Financial Service is available to assist those those at the point of crisis / need, this is afterall only a short term measure. Counseling, and referral assistance are offered along with financial assistance, so that our clients may be helped towards eventual self-sufficiency.
