REACH Charity Run 2020

From 1 to 21 December 2020
Registration starts from 1 November

Our inaugural REACH Charity Run 2020 is birthed out of Covid-19 context to raise awareness and much-needed funds to support our essential services.
Contribute $30 or $50 to be our Ambassador of Hope by completing a distance of 3Km or 5Km during the period of 1st – 21st December at any location, time and pace.

Caregiver Support Group

MSilver Station @ Bukit Gombak Vista is organising a Care Circle, to help caregivers of loved ones with dementia or depression to be better prepared at the earlier stage, to find more adaptive ways of coping when the going gets tough and to facilitate self-care.

Our Care Circle runs on Saturday mornings on monthly basis starting from 17 Oct 2020.
