Assistant Senior/ Senior Social Worker (REACH Family Service)
Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of REACH Family Service, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Manage and supervise a team of social workers, ensuring their quality services deliverables
  • Provide case supervision to the new and current social workers
  • Provide direct service practice
  • Actively involved in Community networking and building collaborations with stakeholders
  • Oversees community work and outreach, which include programme management, development and evaluation
  • Groupwork and workshop facilitation
  • Oversees the management statistical reports
Candidate Requirements
  • Possess a degree in Social Work or Grad Dip in Social Work
  • With at least 6 years of direct practice experience and 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to engage stakeholders and community partners to develop solutions in community works
  • Conversant in English and any 2nd language
  • A good team player, dynamic & self-motivated
  • Has a strong passion in reaching out and making a difference in the lives of the needy
  • IT Savvy, and must possess a good knowledge in SSNet
Social Worker (REACH Family Service)
Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of REACH Family Service, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Information & Referral
  • Casework & Counselling
  • Community work and outreach
  • Groupwork and workshop facilitation
  • Programme development and management
Candidate Requirements
  • Possess a degree In Social Work or Grad Dip in Social Work
  • With at least 2 years of relevant experience preferred, new Social Workers will be considered
  • Conversant in English and any 2nd language
  • A good team player, dynamic & self-motivated
  • Has a strong passion in reaching out and making a difference in the lives of the needy
Social Work Associate (REACH Family Service)
Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of REACH Family Service, the incumbent will be a support role in the field of social work and responsible for the following key areas:

  • Assist Information & Referral & Front Desk enquiries / walk-in/ calls / emails
  • Assist to implement programme and perform community development activities and outreach.
  • Support preparation and planning of community group work
  • Support Administration function and facilities operation in Family Service Centre
  • Volunteer & Donor management support
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by Supervisors
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Social Work
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Conversant in English and any 2nd language
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player, dynamic and self-motivated
  • Keen on administration details and detail oriented
  • Has a strong passion in reaching out and making a difference in the lives of the needy
Senior Counsellor (REACH Counselling Service)
Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of REACH Counselling Service, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Provide Intake and Consultation (I and C) Services timely and professionally
  • Counselling and casework management / clinical assessment and intervention
  • Provide programme development within the approved budget, plan and evaluate outcome.
  • Familiar with Community and Institutional setting and network partnership with various stakeholders, community organizations in planning and implementation of programme
  • Design and manage end-to-end development and delivery of programmes and trainings and conduct outcome-based evaluations
  • Provide supervision regularly to a team of counsellors
Candidate Requirements
  • Possess Master in Counselling or Psychology
  • With at least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
  • Service development and programme planning experience in a Non-Profit Organisation environment
  • Effective leadership and possess team management skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Self-motivated team player with a passion to see individuals and families restored to wholeness.
  • Passionate in reaching out to others and making a difference in the lives of the needy.
Counsellor (REACH Counselling Service)
Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of REACH Counselling Service, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Provide Intake & Consultation Service
  • Provide individual, marital, and family counselling
  • Conduct risk/need assessment in crisis situations & follow-up to monitor progress
  • To handle Programme development & management
  • Provide peer supervision
Candidate Requirements
  • Possess at least a degree in Psychology or Social Work and a graduate diploma in Counselling, or a Masters in Counselling
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in marital and couples counselling
  • Able to manage assigned number of caseload
  • Has a strong passion in reaching out and making a difference in the lives of the needy
  • Self-motivated team player with a passion to see individuals and families restored to wholeness

Community Engagement Intern
Job Responsibilities

Assist in the production of Annual Report full e-version and print abbreviated version including but not limited to:

  • Proofreading and copywriting
  • Collection and compilation of success stories and statistics
  • Sorting and editing of photos, graphics, and videos (if any)
  • Managing of marketing collaterals
  • Data entry and database management
  • Opportunities available from Jan 2022
Requirements
  •  Proficient in English (copywriting experience preferred)
  • Meticulous
  • Team player
  • Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Bonus if have experience in using DSLR camera
