RCSS Bursary for Needy Students

Hard work pays off for needy students awarded with RCSS Bursary

Christmas came early for 248 students from low-income families last Saturday, 22 December 2012.

Their hard work for the year was paid off as they went on stage at Guangyang Primary School to receive bursaries of between $300 - $500 from REACH Community Services Society (RCSS).

Minister of State for Finance and Transport Josephine Teo was guest of honour at our award ceremony. She commended RCSS for supporting children’s education, and her presence greatly encouraged and motivated the students to continue doing well in school next year.
