Mind-stimulating board games

No one is ever too old to exercise! Our daily exercise programme sees many seniors who wish to keep fit.  Our volunteer trainers and health coaches from Health Promotion Board conducted different types of exercises. Seniors goes through pre- and post-assessments before enrolling for our exercise programme. After joining the programme, many seniors saw improvement in their assessment results, overall strength and mobility. Seniors on wheelchairs were willing to try out the exercises to improve their mobility.
