REACH Youth Counselling

REACH Youth counsellors are open to youths and their parents who wish to seek support and a listening ear.

Monday – Friday (By Appointment Only)

 
Enhanced STEP-UP Programme (ESU)

Supported by Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), National Council of Social Services (NCSS) and Ministry of Education (MOE), this programme is provided for students who are identified by schools to have high risks and eminent signs of school drop-out.

 
Streetwise Programme (SWP)

Supported by Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and National Council of Social Services (NCSS), this programme is provided for youths who have unwittingly drifted into gangs, but express the desire to leave and stay away from them.

The Objective of SWP:

Help these youths to work towards their desired change through structured intervention involving individual, family counselling and groupwork sessions.

Youth Enhanced Supervision (YES) Scheme

Supported by Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), National Council of Social Services (NCSS), YES is provided for youth offenders who have fallen into drugs. Youth offenders who are in the programme also undergo a regular urine test regime.

Help these youths to work towards their desired change through structured intervention involving individual, family counselling and groupwork sessions.
