Both Joe and Yuxiang have years of experience at REACH Youth, working with troubled youths and their families as social workers providing a systems perspective to complex issues and problems. On top of that, they are also trained and credentialed coaches with International Coach Federation specializing in Solution Focused Coaching.

Today, Joe and Yuxiang aim to use the coaching approach to work with the marginalized and the vulnerable to bring out the hidden potential within them after they have resolved some of their difficult hurdles and challenges.
